Q. How much extra does automatic delivery cost?
There is no extra charge, it's a service that we provide for our customers.

Q. Why do you make a small delivery in the spring to all of the automatic delivery customers?
We top off the tanks in the spring to help prevent condensation build up in the tank over the summer, which will cause water to develop in the tank. This condition can cause no heat calls and the tank will being to rust from the inside out.

Q. Do you have budgets?
Yes. We have a ten month budget which starts in August and ends in May.

Q. Do you have a program where I
can pre-buy my oil.
Yes. You can enroll in these programs in the summer or fall.
