First Deliveries
and First Time Services
If you have not established an account with the Wesco Energies
Co., Inc. we will require payment in full at the time of delivery
or upon the completion of services preformed by our service
department. We will accept checks, cash, or most major credit
cards for these services.
Budget Program
The Wesco Energies Offers a budget program to qualified
customers. The budget program is a 10 month program beginning in
August and ending in May. We will budget your annual fuel needs
and also include your annual service agreement in the monthly budget
if you so choose.
Pre-Season
Purchase Program
We have been offering a pre-season purchase program for those
interested in purchasing either part or all of their heating fuel
needs. This program has become very popular in recent years. Due
to the details involved in the program please call our office for
more information.
Credit Policy
The Wesco Energies will do a complete credit review on
all new customers as a part of the application process. We will
order a credit report at the Harrisburg Credit Bureau and a credit
limit will be set for the account. Deliveries and Service will be
provided as long as the account remains current and under the set
credit limit.

How
Does it Work?
We
use the Degree-Day method to project your next delivery
How the degree-day method operates:
We add together the highest and the lowest temperatures for the
day and divide by 2. Subtract the resulting figure from 65 to
obtain the degree days for that day, this total is added to the annual
total.
Your
Degree-Days are converted into a "k" factor.
(This is very similar to miles per gallon in your
car.)
Example: Number of accumulated degree-days divided by gallons
consumed = "k" factor.
Your
Degree-Day forecast comes due.
When your tank is around 1/4 of a tank of fuel left, our
computer will generate a delivery ticket for your next delivery.
Dispatch
Routing
Our dispatchers route our deliveries by zone. (Much like
the way the postal service uses a zip code.)
Your
delivery is made.
After each delivery is made your "k" factor is
monitored and adjusted to insure on time delivery.
Will Call
Delivery Service
We deliver heating fuels in our service area to any party who will
pay the driver at the time of delivery for the product delivered.
We do have an
minimum delivery requirement of 150 gallons.

account with us you can order will call deliveries charged to your
account.
