Plan
The Value Plan covers just about anything that's likely to go
wrong with your heating system and includes an annual tune-up to
increase your system's longevity and performance!
During
the life of this agreement, Wesco Energies will
repair or replace, at no extra charge, any of the parts listed which may become defective due to normal use or wear and tear.

Surprises Plan
The No Surprises Plan is a significant step up from our Value
Plan. The No Surprises Comprehensive Plan includes everything in
the Value Plan, plus the significant addition of the listed major
parts, services and dollar allowances.

Oil-Fired
Hot Water Heater Coverage
This
coverage includes oil burner parts, aquastat, controls and
emergency switch. It also includes a $100 replacement allowance
for a leaking hot water heater. However, this plan does not
include a hot water tank.
Central
Air Conditioning Coverage
This coverage plan includes all labor charges for system repairs
during normal working hours. All parts will be billed at 15% below
our list price, except compressors or condensing units, where
there is a $50 replacement allowance for these two items.
